Supporting Ontario startups and innovators @OCI | Clean tech | Chemistry | PhD from Queen's University

I am part of the Business Development and Commercialization team at the Ontario Centre of Innovation (OCI). This nonprofit organization supports Ontario-based startups and SMEs to implement and commercialize technology solutions. With over 10 years of chemistry research and innovation experience, I help entrepreneurs access funding via grants, critical technology challenges, and dilutive funding. My passion for advancing the development and application of deep tech for solving global challenges stems from my PhD in Chemistry from Queen's University, where I worked on applying switchable solvents and CO2 in biomass conversions to separate high-value products dissolved in water. I also have a strong background in catalysis and materials science, having authored multiple publications, patents, and awards in these fields. I have trained and managed several students and startups, enabling them to achieve their goals and reach their potential.
