This diverse background has equipped me with a deep understanding of M&A, innovative technologies such as AI, and technology-led business building.

As the Managing Director of Amrik Advisory Inc., a boutique Private Equity and M&A advisory firm, I focus on investments across Fintech, AI, and Digital Asset startups. On the M&A side, we have assisted Buy-side clients, from due diligence through execution of $2-10Mn acquisitions in Technology, Ecommerce/SaaS, and Advanced Manufacturing.

At Quantum Venture Studios, we are developing AI-driven business solutions, including IdeaLabs and the Executive Incubator, currently piloting with a top Canadian university and the largest Angel Investors network. Our initiatives leverage AI and innovative methodologies to drive success in entrepreneurship and private equity.
