Hi! I'm the CEO and Cofounder of Crowdmark, a collaborative grading and assessment solution for higher education that enables educators to grade more effectively and students to receive richer feedback, faster. We currently serve universities, colleges and secondary schools around the globe with our in-person paper-based and digital assessment solution.

As the Founder of DesignedUX, we work with start-ups and organizations to design and create exceptional products and experiences. We've built custom solutions for Fortune 500 companies, worked with higher education institutions in enterprise software and international marketing, built MVP's for start-ups and provided winning 'go to market' strategies to earn their first customers.

In my role as Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the Ryerson DMZ (the leading business incubator for tech startups in Canada) I advise startup CEO/founders on customer acquisition, marketing, design and product strategy. We help startups build great businesses by connecting them with customers, capital, experts and a community of entrepreneurs and influencers.

Previously, I was the Chief Customer Officer for Savvica, an online marketing company focused on international education. As a member of the founding team of this venture capital backed start-up, I built a global customer base from the ground up to over 260 higher education customers. And, helped grow our flagship product, LearnHub, to be the #1 Education site in the world's largest student market with over 20 million visitors annually.

I have also led business development and sales for a corporate training and performance company Prospero Learning Solutions acquired by GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE: GPX), Desire2Learn (D2L) a leading provider of enterprise eLearning solutions (TSE: DTOL).
