Nick is the Founder at CoSality, a professional services firm at the forefront of providing Chief of Staff services and staffing, tailored to meet the dynamic needs of leadership teams. Vitus Insights Inc. (2014 – Present):
Nick is a co-founder at Virtus Insights where he drives strategic planning, commercialization, and operational excellence in the life sciences sector. His role includes mentoring emerging leaders in the start-up space and delivering innovation-commercialization training in Canada's early-stage company ecosystem.
ColdBlock Technologies Inc. (2014-2021):
Nick cofounded ColdBlock, pioneering the innovative ColdBlock™ Digestion Technology for analytical chemistry and sample preparation. As CEO, he led capital raising efforts and spearheaded the establishment of R&D, commercial, and manufacturing operations in Ontario.
Amgen Canada Inc. (1991–2013):
Nick helped launch Amgen Canada as a Biopharmaceutical Specialist in 1991. His role evolved to Director of the Strategy and Program Management Office where he led new products commercialization, strategic planning, project management and change management. He directed company-wide change initiatives, driving significant organizational transformation across structures, processes, and decision-making models.

Brain Injury Association of Peel and Halton (BIAPH) (2023–Present):
Nick joined BIAPH Board of Directors overseeing business development. In this role, Nick is focused on broadening the relationships between BIAPH and the brain injury stakeholder community.
ColdBlock Technologies Inc. (2021–Present):
Since July of 2021, Nick serves as Chairperson of the Board at ColdBlock Technologies Inc. He guides the board in fulfilling its mandate to ensure organizational compliance and good governance.
University of Toronto (2009–2019):
Nick's tenure at UofT included three consecutive 3-year terms as an alumni member of the governing council. His involvement spanned multiple committees, reflecting a diverse range of responsibilities and contributions.
Amgen Canada Inc. (2003–2013):
Nick was a 10-year member and Secretary of the Executive Committee at Amgen Canada. He played a key role in establishing executive committee agenda items and oversaw the implementation of corporate-wide priorities.
