I bring my many years of professional management consulting and environmental experience, along with having founded my own ventures, to assisting early stage/ scaling Clean Technology ventures. Providing advise and 'rolling up my sleeves' to help ventures grow, be impactful, and sustainable.

I provide advise on cleantech, resource recovery (reuse & recycling), producer responsibility programs, sustainability initiatives, circular economy and business design, water solutions, food waste reduction, and performance management. I also incorporate social and governance issues.

I have worked in many industries, governments (local, regional and federal levels) and not-for-profit sectors across Canada and internationally. This extensive and diverse mix of sector knowledge, as well as working with many diverse people and cultures, enables me to comprehensively analyze situations, work with and develop teams, and develop and implement creative and practical solutions.

My 35 years of expertise, along with my informal style allows for trusting and open relationships with my clients.

I am typically asked to assist with strategy, facilitation, problem analysis, identification of improvement opportunities, redesign of programs, processes, and/or organizations, financial/costing analysis and planning, risk management, policy, change management, and networking.

Having founded and built my own firms and assisted start-up and growth firms for over 30 years, I now coach early-stage cleantech entrepreneurs, directly or through incubators/accelerators.

I have sat on or reported to numerous Boards of Directors or Advisors.
