Heather Condello is an Occupational Therapist with a current practice focus completing future cost of care / life care plan reports . She is retired from her role of over 14 years as Vice President of Complex Injury Rehab, choosing to focus now on clinical practice in this area of passion. She co-founded BrainFx which develops clinical assessment tools that use technology to assist health professionals with identifying functional implications of mild to moderate brain disorders.

She completed a Master of Clinical Science in Occupational Therapy at Western University and Bachelor of Kinesiology at McMaster University.

Heather is experienced in occupational therapy assessment and treatment, as well as case management, for individuals who have sustained severe or catastrophic injuries. She is a Canadian Certified Life Care Planner. Clinical passions include comprehensive assessment of cognition for individuals with brain disorders and providing education and intervention to aid in recovery and understanding functional implications of these disorders.
