For eight years I lead the STEM non-profit Geering Up. There I got to develop a passion for architecting growth. Our team created programs in 51 communities that engaged youth traditionally underrepresented in STEM. We embodied the lean startup mindset, rapidly developing new programs in response to local community needs. Taking strategic risks, we sustainably grew the program from 1,000 customers to 25,000 customers a year raising of $1.5-million a year in grants and sponsorship.

I recently pivoted to work in the tech sector. It's been an opportunity to return to my roots as a physics undergraduate and stretch the analytic part of my brain.
