      • Adapt at DFM, End-of-Life (EOL), APQP, 8D and FMEA practices and principles

      MECHANICAL
      • Design for plastic injection molding, stamping, thermo forming, machined plastic/metallic parts and 3D printing
      • Designing complex parts, assemblies, conducting stress analysis (FEA) and motion simulations, 3D renditions, production of manufacturing drawings and prints
      • Excellent understanding of GD&T and manufacturing drawing standards
      • Adept at SolidWorks, UGS NX, AutoDesk Inventor and AutoCAD

      ELECTRONICS
      • Proficient with low-level hardware programming including microcontrollers, ARM processors, Bluetooth stack, Wi-Fi, proprietary wireless protocols
      • Embedded Linux development, Android driver development and associated user applications
      • C, C#, VB.net programming languages
      • Proficient with PCB design suites including Cadence and Altium Designer
      • Professional experience with Matlab and Simulink
