Dubie is a Partner in KPMG’s Management Consulting Practice focused on emerging technologies and transformation initiatives in Banking and Capital Markets. Dubie joined KPMG from Zafin where she focused on large digital banking transformations as President of Zafin’s SaaS offering. She brings more than 25 years of direct banking operations and consulting experience and has overseen large teams to drive multi-million dollar transformations for large Canadian banks. She brings a high level of expertise in building and growing, quickly evolving businesses and working in a highly regulated industry. On the home front Dubie is very active with her four accomplished children. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion - she is a founding member of the Coalition of Innovation Leaders against Racism (CILAR) which unites tech leaders at MaRs to create meaningful change.
