As a Research Assistant at McMaster University, my mission is to bridge educational gaps for marginalized youth through the development of STEM outreach programs. My competencies in database management and curriculum development are honed from over five years coordinating research at Western University, where I manage all project facets, including ethics and data analysis.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to community connections and activism, particularly within Black migrant communities. My role extends to supervising and mentoring teams, ensuring we collectively contribute to groundbreaking second language learning research and foster inclusive learning environments.
