I'm a passionate entrepreneur with a mission of providing tools for mental health support based on language and cultural background.

Since 2014, I have focused my career on sustainability, having founded Movimento Lixo Zero, an institute that promotes zero waste and diverting waste from landfills in Rio de Janeiro. In Toronto, I was part of The Roots Collaborative, a diverse group of social entrepreneurs working collaboratively to share expertise in governance, social and environmental impact, and personal well-being.

And I am the Founder & CEO of PsyMood since November 2019. I founded PsyMood along with my long-time friend Rodrigo Bergel with the assumption that it's not easy to talk about your mental health issues in your first language, imagine in a second language?
