Since Plum’s inception, Neil has over seen all aspects of Plum’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Since raising Plum’s Seed round, Neil designed new user flows for talent management, supporting employees from hire to retire, winning 2022 Top HR Product of the Year (over 1500 other nominees). Neil built industry-leading product and design practices driven by customer feedback programs that ensure new features meet and exceed customer expectations. Additionally, Neil oversees Plum’s scientific integrity — which ensures that Plum reliably delivers improvements in retention, performance, and diversity — and legal compliance across regulatory environments.

Plum partners with the world’s largest and best-known companies, and uses psychometrics to drive pre-employment selection, internal career pathing, professional development, high potential identification, and performance management.

Neil has traveled around the world three times, speaks 10 languages at a "survival" proficiency, makes a mean Butter Chicken, studied percussion for 8 years, and danced West Coast Swing at his wedding. Also, once upon a time, Neil wrote an undergraduate thesis on the Phenomenology of Magic: the ontology misdirection, and another the Ontology Of "Stairway to Heaven": How Do Songs Exist?.
