I have 20+ years experience, mostly in the Tech Sector, with in depth knowledge in M&A, Global Mobility, Immigration and start-up environments.

My passion and drive comes from the desire to build, create & implement programs/initiatives to help businesses evolve their culture & grow their business. I love building HR functions from the ground up in start-up organizations. This requires strong strategic planning, influencing and leadership skills as well as the ability to build strong, scalable HR practices, programs, and processes in a short amount of time. As part of a Senior Executive Team, my first objective is to understand the business, the financials, our competition, our people, our long-term strategic vision and build the HR offerings around those critical factors. I I believe people are one of the critical pieces that predict a company's success or failure. In today's ever changing market, HR needs to adopt an agile methodology, flexible, have the ability to look ahead of the curve in order to avoid being reactive vs. proactive.
