A customer-centric executive with strong expertise in sales management, service delivery, and strategy. I have multi-faceted experience that spans more than 26 years in SaaS, IT, and telecommunication sales in Canada and worldwide, corporate management, and law. I am currently leading a team of well-seasoned marketing, business development, sales, and customer delivery employees that provide hardware & software services to help urban communities to provide cleaner, safer and smarter traffic management infrastructure for their citizens.

As such, I am responsible for the development and execution of a global market sales strategy. I have a good understanding of the high-tech sector and international markets. I have a proven ability to develop a vision, launch it and manage the required changes from a continuous improvement standpoint to remain the leader in a highly competitive market.

I am dedicated to personal causes, having spent four years on the Board of Directors of the YWCA Foundation, and over 20 years as a member of the Mental Illness Foundation’s Board of Directors and Finance and Audit Committee.
