Nadia Hamilton is the Founder and CEO of Magnusmode, a Toronto and Buffalo based technology company that creates digital solutions for a more accessible world. The company’s flagship solution, MagnusCards, is innovative app that provides digital, step-by-step visual guides (in the form of collectible Card Decks) to support home and community living for autistic and neurodivergent people worldwide. Each Card Deck is sponsored by over 50 enterprise clients including Trader Joe's, CIBC, Kraft Heinz, Metrolinx, New York City Transit, Huntington National Bank, A&W, and Toronto Pearson International Airport which integrate MagnusCards within their customer experience to make their services more accessible. Magnusmode solutions also include a Disability Empathy Training module fueled by storytelling, which is training for tens of thousands of frontline staff across North America. Nadia’s passion stems from her experiences with her autistic brother; she is a serial accessibility entrepreneur, board member, international public speaker, and a tireless advocate dedicated to creating an inclusion revolution for individuals and families impacted by autism.
