I have led funds’ equity and debt capital markets activities, completing over 100 transactions, and worked with, advised or was a director of over 30 companies.

Since then, I have been Chairman of four companies and a NED at a fifth, supporting the management teams at both to achieve significant out-performance and leading the highly successful sale negotiations of one.

As an investor and borrower in the UK and Germany, I have completed acquisitions across Europe and globally; led successful private equity fundraises and co-investment syndications, and led successful company disposals in Germany and the UK.
