Change management is life. Or death if done poorly in Prod
Be customer first. We must understand needs, satisfaction, and frustrations
It must be measured. Use data to understand status & changes
Empower people to tackle challenges. Do not micro-manage. Do not force feed. Listen, unblock, teach, direct, review outcomes
Assumptions are death. Whether it’s issue resolution, testing, or user stories: requirements & limitations need to be completely understood
