My goal is to advance peace by catalyzing collaboration. To do this I prioritize building relationships--relationships with university students and researchers, with peace practitioners and entrepreneurs, and with leaders in civil society, the private sector, and government.

I also relish the challenge of building other kinds of things along the way. I am a collaborator at heart, and am eager to contribute to local communities, ecosystems, and broader networks of changemakers, not to mention new fields of knowledge and practice. I rely on consultation, reflection, and analysis before charting a concrete course of action to solve problems. I bring an engineering mindset to developing new organizations and systems of working. And I cultivate the craft of writing in order to give shape to new ways of thinking and acting.
