Background
Holder of a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Western University and the Directors Education designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors at Rotman (ICD.D), I have a non-traditional background in the world of private equity. I saw a vision for a re-imagined infrastructure of finance to support people, profit and purpose in equal balance.

Carved out executive pathway in private equity on the back of a key differentiator: I held a passionate drive for embedding culture, ESG and DEI into investment strategy. I went on to lead a $12B fund portfolio and global investment team as Managing Director and Head of Global Funds, Equities for the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.

I serve as a Speaker and Advisor to pension fund leaders, PE fund managers, asset owners and key industry associations as they re-imagine investment strategy to embrace culture, ESG and DEI as strategic differentiators. I believe the next frontier of sustainable, future-proofed private equity can be achieved by leveraging the holistic interconnectedness of investor and society, purpose loops and catalytic impact pathways through a systems thinking approach.
