Operations:
Responsible for implementation and integration of demand side resources among PJM, NYISO, ERCOT, & utility demand response programs. Primary responsibility is developing optimal customer market participation plans for presentation to prospective and existing customers. Building on customer relationships to optimize revenue from market participation. Maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners to meet cross organizational goals.

Settlements:
Responsible for the oversight and management of the necessary tasks and processes designed to facilitate the reconciliation and payment settlement for Demand Response asset participation in ISO/RTO sponsored markets. Responsible for the control framework and managing processes within that framework to ensure accurate financial statements. Responsible for analyzing market conditions and monitoring transactions to help identify short-term/long-term market opportunities. Understanding market rules and regulations and how they impact day to day operations. Developed the manual process for settling activity in the Capacity markets focusing on demand response that are offered by the utilities in California and New York.
