Paul Grod is President & CEO of Rodan Energy, a leading energy services company. Prior to founding Rodan, Paul was a corporate and investment banker with CIBC World Markets and most recently practiced corporate finance and M&A law with Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, one of Canada’s largest national law firms.

Paul founded Rodan to deliver meaningful energy solutions for a sustainable future. Rodan Energy is a leading developer and operator of distributed energy resources, including demand response, energy storage, solar, wind, and other sustainable smart grid technologies.

Paul is committed to making a difference. He is President of the Ukrainian World Congress (UWC), a global NGO that represents the 25M Ukrainians living in 80+ countries outside Ukraine. UWC is committed to defending and rebuilding Ukraine as well as fostering strong Ukrainian communities around the world.

He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and holds a Bachelor of Political Science degree, a Juris Doctor degree and a Master of Business Administration degree. Paul is married and has four children.
