With over 20 years of experience leading R&D teams, I specialize in transforming innovative concepts into scalable, impactful solutions. I hold a PhD in multi-agent systems with reinforcement learning from the University of Waterloo, and my background as a Computer and Electronic Engineer has given me a deep understanding of the microelectronics of computers.

I have co-founded startups such as Curiato Inc., Delawy Autonomous Systems Inc., and Emerge360AI Inc., and led high-impact projects for companies like BlueCross & BlueShield, BlackBerry, Xerox, and Pitney Bowes. As the former CTO of Curiato Inc., I developed patented biomedical products and applied AI in classification and prediction through a unique IoT-driven approach. I managed clinical trials across Canadian hospitals and optimized processes under limited resources.

Currently, as a Data Science Manager at Great American Insurance Group, I am leveraging Vision AI and GenerativeAI, with a focus on NLP, to advance AI integrations across diverse data sources and business applications in the insurance sector, driving efficiency and innovation.
