As the Office Managing Director (OMD) of Southern California, I am responsible for Accenture's business from LA to San Diego and the over 2,000 people that work and live in the area. I directly lead our Public Service practice working with some of the largest cities, counties and agencies in the world. I have over 30 years of experience in driving and implementing change in multiple types of business environments. I have a track record of transforming IT organizations from independent technology-focused groups to integrated organizations that drive business value. This experience includes working with Fortune 100 companies as a consultant and as a CIO and Change Agent within the company.

I also served as President, CEO and member of the Board of Directors for RivalWatch, the leading provider of online competitive pricing and assortment intelligence. I raised over $5 million in new capital, reduced operating costs by 50% and improved gross margins by 14%. I closed the transaction to sell the company in 2012.

I believe every child has the right to reach their fullest potential and that is why I am involved with the Catalight Foundation as Chair of the Board and a Director of Easterseals of Hawaii. I am blessed to have the opportunity to give back.
