As President and CEO of Catalight, I focus on leading the organization as we pursue our purpose to help create a more equitable world so people with developmental disabilities can choose their path. As a social enterprise, we do this by breaking down barriers and biases, providing access to innovative, individualized care services, clinical research and advocacy – all powered by intelligent technologies.

The vision for Catalight grew out of my growing up in New Zealand, the decade I spent working in the U.K. and Europe, and my 20+ year career as an executive at Easterseals affiliates across the U.S. In witnessing the experience of individuals and families across different healthcare systems, in urban and rural areas, and through periods of considerable social and economic volatility, I’ve gained an appreciation for what’s needed and what’s possible, and a deep respect for the dignity of all abilities.

Prior to introducing Catalight in 2019, I served as the CEO of Easterseals Bay Area, where I led the organization’s growth from a small non-profit to a thriving $300M healthcare company delivering more than one million hours of service each year.

I also serve as the CEO of Xolv Technology Solutions which, together with the other organizations in the Catalight family of companies, enables us to apply practical and empirical insights and solutions to create a world that reflects and celebrates unique differences so that everyone has an opportunity for a vibrant and fulfilling life of their choosing.
