Rogers Herndon has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the energy and financial industries.
Rogers currently serves Financial Advisor to the Hydrostor executive team, having previously held the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer at Hydrostor. He was previously Interim CFO at GridStor and also worked as a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal.
Prior to that, Rogers held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Quintana Energy Services and Chief Investment Officer at Quintana Energy Partners. Rogers also served as an Executive Vice President at RRI/Reliant Energy and Co-Founder and Manager at Phillips Royalty Partners, LP. Rogers has worked as a Managing Director at PSEG and held the role of Managing Director – Global Commodities at Bank of America. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Vice President at Enron North America.
Rogers Herndon completed their Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University, where they enrolled in 1986 and successfully graduated in 1990. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from The Wharton School. Rogers attended The Wharton School from 2004 to 2006 and obtained their MBA degree.
