Aida holds a PhD in Construction Management (Circular Engineering) at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Waterloo. She leads the Circularity team at Adaptis. Her role at Adaptis also includes managing product development and leading the related teams. With a Masters in Sustainability Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, she is highly skilled in sustainability analysis, circular engineering in construction, and product management. Her work and research focus on developing automated tools that improve building circularity.
