Tami Cabaniss serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, at USAA, a leading provider of insurance, banking and retirement solutions and serves more than 13.5 million members of the U.S. military, veterans who have honorably served and their families. She leads the company’s talent strategy, pay and benefits, culture and employee services for over 37,000 global employees.

She is a member of the Executive Council, USAA’s senior leadership team, and reports to Wayne Peacock, President and Chief Executive Officer. An accomplished human resources executive with over two decades of experience, Tami brings the commitment to operational excellence and an exceptional employee experience that ensures employees feel valued and supported. She has a wealth of knowledge and proven track record for building high performing cultures at global organizations like Hewlett-Packard, and most recently at PayPal, where she served as Senior Vice President of HR. Her career has been marked by numerous accomplishments including serving over 50K employees in 40+ countries, implementing cutting edge employee engagement practices, and transforming the HR function to be a high-value partner to the business.
