She has a wealth of knowledge and proven track record for building high performing cultures at global organizations like Hewlett-Packard, and most recently at PayPal, where she served as Senior Vice President of HR. Her career has been marked by numerous accomplishments including serving over 50K employees in 40+ countries, implementing cutting edge employee engagement practices, and transforming the HR function to be a high-value partner to the business.
