Trent Ogilvie is the past President of ROCKWOOL North America, a position he held for 25 years. Trent is currently working as a Board Member and Strategic Advisor for several companies. Prior to joining, ROCKWOOL, Trent was Vice President and General Manager for Sternson Group, Construction Division, a manufacturer of construction chemical products, as well as a decade long tenure in various positions with Dow Chemical. Trent was the first North American to hold the position of President at ROCKWOOL, and was responsible for Canada, USA and Mexico. Under Trent’s leadership ROCKWOOL's North American operations have grown from a small factory in Milton, to include a second factory in Grand Forks, British Columbia in 1999, a high capacity line expansion in Milton in 2009, to the Groups first USA factory in Mississippi in 2014. As well as the newest factory, in Ranson West Virginia. Trent holds a BaSC in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and has completed the Directors Education Program (DEP) at Rotman and obtained ICD accreditation.
