Nadia Ladak is passionate about transforming women’s health and inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders. She is the co-founder and CEO of Marlow, a fast-growing women’s health startup that is revolutionizing period care with organic, toxin-free, and innovative products, including the first-ever lubricated tampon for smoother and more comfortable insertion. Marlow’s online community, “The TMI Club,” offers accessible education about all things reproductive health and has gained widespread popularity among Gen Z, going viral on TikTok with over 100 million total views. Nadia has raised $2.5 million in venture capital to fuel the brand’s growth and has won $700,000 from grants and pitch competitions.
Beyond Marlow, Nadia is a member of the G20 Young Entrepreneur Alliance, where she works with government leaders to advocate for youth entrepreneurship policy. She also leads the entrepreneurship alumni community at Ivey Business School, serves on the Employer Advisory Council for Venture for Canada, and is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Branksome Hall. As a public speaker with the Canadian Youth Speakers Bureau, Nadia has delivered over 100 keynote presentations worldwide. She is the author of “A Founder’s Diary,” a weekly newsletter in which she interviews top founders across the country.
