Josephine Kwan

Vice President | Advocate of Women & Girls in Sport

As a visionary entrepreneur and an adept business strategist, I have developed a diverse portfolio that spans impactful entrepreneurship, strategic asset management, and innovative business development across various sectors. My dynamic career has been marked by initiating and driving growth at multiple companies, blending creativity, strategic foresight, and proven leadership.

My foundation in Commercial Real Estate was built through significant roles at Colliers International, Conwest Group of Companies, and Spire Development Corporation, where I specialized in managing high-value assets, raising capital, acquiring value-add properties, and spearheading development projects. This experience has given me a deep understanding of complex investment landscapes, including contract negotiations and optimizing asset values in multifaceted business environments.

As Vice President of Growth at ChopValue, I have been instrumental in scaling the world's first circular economy franchise and enhancing global business operations. My ability to identify new market opportunities and nurture strategic partnerships has directly led to sustainable growth across our global network.

I founded Flow 2 Freedom Apparel, a company at the forefront of sustainable menstrual activewear made from recycled materials. This venture not only addresses environmental concerns but focuses on breaking barriers for women and girls in sport through menstrual education. My role in pioneering this eco-friendly line of athleisurewear underscores my commitment to sustainable entrepreneurship.

Through Kwantum Business Consulting, I empower leaders to reconnect with their core purpose and strategize future business trajectories, emphasizing sustainable practices and growth. My commitment to driving business forward while maintaining integrity and accountability is the cornerstone of my professional ethos.
