Inspiring founders to own their impact, move with speed and be the changemakers society needs. Committed to continuously disrupting the capital raise process with tech, we are on a mission to create one global capital market. We do this by building the most sophisticated capital markets tools on the planet. It’s time for tech to reinvent the norm of share selling -turning the process of raising capital into simple eCommerce and building one global capital market. Co-founded and led DealMaker to be Canada’s 3rd Fastest Growing Company 2022, that in 4 short years has processed over $1.7B in transactions and over 650,000 investments - more than any counterparts or competitor in North America, while also democratizing access to capital.
