I am passionate about working with large and complex customers to meet and exceed their business expectations. As VP of Customer Experience at BioConnect Inc., I manage the professional services and technical support teams. The professional services team oversees the entire lifecycle of our product for large enterprise customers, including discovery, initial deployment, planning, evaluation and ongoing support. The tech support team is a foundational pillar of our business, and I manage internal and external stakeholders to produce the best outcomes for our customers. In addition, I work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and sales team to advise on new opportunities within existing accounts. I also provide dynamic solutions for our top accounts to maximize the value our customers receive from our products and services. Many of my early leadership skills were developed at Camp Wenonah where I held a variety of positions managing between 5 - 25 people. I am passionate about the outdoors and the camping community and I am an actively engaged member of their alumni group. In summary, I enjoy working with people and providing technical, account and organizational-level solutions that benefit our customers and the business.
