Guest Management: Add Guests to 1CONNECT in Seconds
Welcome to another 1VALET feature update. This week, we’re further simplifying guest management by introducing the ability for property managers to create Guests from the 1CONNECT Portal. We’ve also made visual improvements to “Fobs and Access Codes,” and, for buildings using Yardi, we’ve made it easier to view which residents are moving out.
Creating Guests in the 1CONNECT Portal
We’ve made guest management even easier. Now property managers can create guests directly from the 1CONNECT
property management software
. This allows staff to provide building and (where applicable) suite access to caretakers, cleaners, leasing agents, or others who need access. Different types of guests can be marked with distinct tags so that you can easily differentiate between them at a glance.
A guest can also be created without building access. This allows building staff to record information about people associated with specific suites, without necessarily providing any access to the building, common areas or suites.
Move-Out Indicators
On the “Resident” and “Suite” pages, we have added a move-out visual indicator beside the names of residents who will be moving out. This will help you identify at a glance which residents have upcoming move-out dates.
The indicator will appear when the resident’s move-out date is within 30 days. The colour of the visual indicator changes as the move-out date approaches. Additionally, you can now filter by upcoming move-outs within the next 30 days from the filter menu to help you keep on top of the administrative tasks with upcoming move-outs.
Fobs ; Access Codes Updates
We have added a list view in the 1CONNECT Fobs and Access Codes screen to make it easier to find a fob and view access permissions.
