About the Program

Enhance your founder/CEO skills along with the skills of your C-level team.

The MIX-Lazaridis CEO ; C-Suite Leadership Program aims to assist CEOs and senior teams from mid-to-later stage medtech and health innovation start-ups in Ontario. Guided by both local and international experts, the program offers customized intensive workshops to tackle the specific requirements and obstacles of the cohort. The sessions may cover various topics such as global expansion, mergers and acquisitions, talent strategy essentials, effective GTM strategies, regulatory compliance, sales optimization, fundraising tips, and more.
