The landlord could then significantly increase the rent, or they could lose the location altogether. We thought that was absolutely insane.

So we set out to build a platform that would make life easier for tenants, especially those with multiple locations who are busy running successful businesses but don’t have the time to stay on top of all their lease obligations. How could we remove all that risk from their business? How could we make software that works for them by keeping track of all those critical details?
