Gatik

We own the middle mile.

Gatik, the leader in autonomous middle mile logistics, delivers goods safely and efficiently using its fleet of light and medium duty trucks. The company focuses on short-haul, B2B logistics for Fortune 500 customers including Kroger, Walmart, Loblaw, and Georgia-Pacific, and in 2021 became the first company worldwide to operate fully driverless commercial deliveries on the middle mile.

Gatik’s Class 3-6 autonomous box trucks are commercially deployed in multiple markets including Texas, Arkansas and Ontario. Founded in 2017 by veterans of the autonomous technology industry, Gatik partners with industry leaders including Isuzu, Ryder, Goodyear and Cummins and has offices in Mountain View, Dallas-Fort Worth and Toronto.

Gatik is making B2B delivery and logistics more reliable, safe, and efficient – without the need for a human driver.

Our trucks move goods between distribution centers, fulfillment centers, and retail locations to optimize regional distribution networks.

Our proprietary Level 4 autonomous technology, Gatik Carrier™, is custom-built to transport freight safely and efficiently between pick-up and drop-off locations on the middle mile.

With robust capabilities in both highway and urban environments, Gatik Carrier™ serves as an all-encompassing solution that merges the software and hardware powering our fleet, facilitating effortless integration into our customers' logistics operations.

Gatik's Autonomous Transportation as a Service (ATaaS) model integrates into our customers’ supply chains at scale, enhancing reliability, lowering costs and increasing sustainability.

Gatik’s trucks operate on known, repeatable, short-haul routes. This significantly limits the number of unusual events we encounter, enabling us to maximize safety and vehicle performance.

Our approach to structured autonomy significantly shortens validation time, enabling us to scale quickly without compromising safety, all the while adding value for our customers.

We work closely with federal, state and municipal governments, law enforcement, safety experts and local communities to ensure meaningful engagement and knowledge transfer with all key stakeholders
