Spero Careers Canada focused on building employment solutions with the neurodivergent community for employment success. We do this through asking, listening and being creative. Our platform, NANAWorks is co-designed with the end user to ensure that what we think is a good idea actually works for our customers.

Currently used across Canada to support the EmploymentWorks program for autistic Canadians, we’re also very proud to be part of the Paper Planes Cafe program at Vancouver Airport which helps people with disabilities gain employment skills. Since 2018, our team has worked hard to continue to evolve NANAWorks in a thoughtful and creative way so that the user experience reflects the needs of not only the service providers but the job seekers who need a solution that works for them as well.
