In January 2023, Alchemer acquired market-leading mobile feedback platform Apptentive to further enhance Alchemer customers’ ability to close the loop with their customers. Alchemer Mobile (formerly Apptentive) provides a more in-depth method of collecting feedback from mobile customers in addition to Alchemer’s traditional survey and workflow functionality across communication channels and within platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
