Once a prescription is filled, scan the barcode that's already on prescription labels. We'll alert patients that they're prescription is ready for pickup and provide them with a unique code.

Place the filled prescription in an available lockerbox.

Patients can then come to the pharmacy to pickup the prescription at their convenience. They enter their code into the lockerbox interface, pay outstanding balances and retrieve their prescription in seconds.

We are working with pharmacies in the KW region to pilot automated prescription pickup with self-serve lockers. We are empowering pharmacists by giving them back time to better serve their communities. We also help patients save time waiting in line!
