The Summit denaLi solution captures the lithium ion in brine using nanotechnology. After extraction, Summit reinjects the lithium-depleted brine back into the salar to preserve nearby freshwater aquifer resources. The purified lithium solution is then refined using limited chemicals to minimize environmental impacts.

This process shortens the average industry rate of production from 18 months to 1 day, which means getting to the market faster and more sustainably.
